Oil looked OK, but the pressure held at only 8 PSI on the port (CR) lower unit... Pretty sure it's the prop seals, but since we're replacing the water pump, we'll also do the upper seals...

Anyone have a list of parts (or a kit) I need for this? Already have the water pump parts - just looking for the parts required to replace the prop and drive shaft seals... Is is just the seals? O-rings? Anything else?

What motor do you have? I pressure test Yamahas to 5 pounds if they have used seals.

2001 200 HP HPDIs... Yea, not too worried about it - the drained lube looked OK, but they won't get any newer, so I figured it was a good time to replace and have peace of mind... Did the other motor two years ago, so this should hold me for a while...

I usually change the driveshaft seals and the shift seal every 5 years or so. Those are the weakest links of all the seals. The springs on the ds seal usually holds water n rots them out quickly.
