If anyone has replaced the porta potty in a Gulfstream with a manual or electric head and a holding tank, could you kindly share the details?

You can almost always use a dual port livewell pump, or tee off of the existing through hull. A fresh water head is easier to keep smelling fresh, that's for sure.
