I'm looking at a 1998 Marlin with twin Yamaha 250's. I've always been happy with the fuel consumption of my Seafarer with a Yamaha 225 and I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea on the fuel consumption of the Marlin. I realize it's a lot more boat, but if fuel ever does what it did last year I don't want to be sorry I made the change.

Thanks, Al

As bad as I hate to say it "WHATS THAT SUCKING SOUND"
Or like a truck with a big engine " GAS line and radiator hose interchangeable" .
It's a great boat but with those motors she'll be thirsty

Yamaha 250 OX66's are not known for their thriftiness. But they are known for their POWER and LONGEVITY.
