Measuring amp usage on '09 Express 330

New to GWs, bought preowned '09 Express 330, and just installed new FP 5000 generator. After starting generator, power panel display shows "123" which is volts (I think)?? I can't find a manual for power panel operation so hoping to learn how to track AC systems amp usage to manage generator load. I expect one can toggle between voltage/amp measurement as AC systems are switched on the measure amp load . Many thanks for any guidance.

My panel (2007) has a small button that switches the display between Volts, Amps, Freq. and Watts. I found a manual by googleing the panel details, mine is a bluesea.
