thanks. yea the windshield was a bit of an experiment, and now is a work in progress. I only did the middle section, in front of the helm. I plan to complete the forward section soon.
its aluminum channel with Plexiglas panel. the express windscreen was made a little low IMO. I'm 5'11" and had a direct wind blast in the face while standing.
I like it better now. there is a little distortion, but not a distraction. "i'll take it over the wind"
I've towed the boat at 70 mph+ for 5k miles and no issues yet
Only about 50 bucks invested and did not hurt the boat.
