Has anyone with an older (mine is a 1999 232G) model GW experienced the corners of the molded plastic "shelves" on either side of the helm cockpit cracking or breaking due to age and UV exposure? They may be referred to as "acrylic deckwing inserts", GW parts #20-190 and 20-191 for port and stbd, respectively. I was thinking since they are easily removed (remove about a dozen screws and some silicone caulk), they could be reinforced with a coat of resin and some glass mat on the back side, or even maybe a nice coat of "flex seal"? Any thoughts on this, or solutions that have been used? TYIA
