More newbie electrical questions - switch panel

What are all these little rubber buttons on top of the switches on my 1994 Sailfish? When I press them, I don't feel anything underneath them except for the one labeled water pressure. Are these resetable circuit breakers?

Yes they are. You might not always feel something unless the breaker is popped. I have run across them sometimes like that. The water pump one might have been replaced and sit a little higher to where you can feel it and the others are all original. That might beer why that one is different.
 
John - okay, thanks. I had noticed that the one that sits higher than the others was a different color when I inspected from the rear. That back panel was loaded with old mud dauber nests - they are all over this boat which was transplanted up from the Hatteras area.

Anyone know where to get replacement black rubber thingies? My boat is missing one.
