Motor well scuppers

Trying to send pics the scupper on back of transom for the motorwell.On the inside The brass piece has corroded off .Its above the waterline.I presume this is all one piece thru the outside.i was thinking of using sealant to put that brass piece back on for the season.Any ideas .thanks boat is 265 exprrsz

If the inside rim has broken off from corrosion, it's reasonable that the other side will in short time.

Don't do a band-aid repair when the real repair is easy and doesn't take long, at all. Chisel the old tube out, pop a new tube in. Check out TH Marine's website - they have nice plastic, 2-piece units that zip together.
 
I had replaced the brass drain tubes twice on my 2003 Express 330. Then my repair facility suggested using thick wall fiberglass tubing. I'll never have to worry about changing the drain tubes again! Whatever you decide to do, compromised drain tubes must be replaced to prevent transom rot.
 
Thanks for the feedback.Wish i would have noticed this while still on land.Looks like an easy fix.
