After a couple of years, I finally figured out how to post pictures. Bought in Jan 2005.

1983 245 Tournament. 1999 Merc 225 carbed. 2005 Hardtop.

Thanks. I like it, too :wink: . The top worked out great. The Bimini was shot (original, I think).

We've made a few more small changes, since taking the pictures. Some more rod holders, swivel mount for the electronics on the port console, etc. I'll post more in the spring. I'm re-doing the teak trim in the cockpit, and replacing the bulkheads below the consoles. After 25 years, they're pretty beat.
