Also. We are assuming the end with wires is coming from the lights.

you said you had wiring done. Can’t really know what I’m looking at. Could be old dead end after reworking

The switched power to the grey and blue comes from the dash. It’s a long roundabout way to the gunnels and bow The black is the negative for the bow and gunnel lights. The green is the fuel fill ground
So the black grounds both the gunnel and bow lights. I have the green grounds for the fuel fill hooked up. Wondering what the green is for in this connector. Is there an additional fuel fill ground? Thanks

Were the four missing wires cut at the plug, or were they removed from the plug? They should still be back there somewhere.
You may have to start at the bow light switch, and trace it to the forward end of the rigging tube, and see if you have the same four wire bundle. Need one person on each end, to see if it moves somewhere aft when you pull a small amount at the front.
