I need to replace my gas fill on my 1986 offshore 24. I need something that has a 4 inch face. I've only been able to find fills that have a 3 inch face. By face a mean the part that gets screwed to the hull

I've got the OEM one from my '86 Seafarer. I'll get you a pic later today.

Is yours made out of Marinium? Mine is and it might be pretty hard to find that since I doubt it's made, anymore. Perko (maybe others?) still has a Marinium line, but it's the newer style fills. Definitely check around for an exact fit (maybe salvage yards?), but if not it would be easy enough to make an adapter plate out of Starboard to cover the existing screw holes and then put the newer/smaller footprint size one through that.

Mine rotted off at the nipple. I had a regular gas fill one laying around and of course it's to small. The face is only 3 inches the grady one measures just over 3.5 inches. If i can't find one with a bigger face i'll just make a plate out of star board to take up the difference
