Yes, they'll fit. You may have to adjust the snaps on your boat, or the straps on the cushions. Coaming pads are supposed to end leaving room for these at the back of the boat.

I have a set of this style, these are for the 208, and I have a more deluxe pair with Grady embroidery on them like the helm seats. They came off one of the bigger models, not sure which one. But they are a little thicker and nicer, and didn't snap on with straps - I had to make straps for them. The downside is they stick out further so it makes the seat pan shorter when you sit there. I keep threatening to extend the seat pan with some starboard.

If you don't have a set they are a nice addition. We use them for every cruise, and remove them for swimming and fishing. They are about $350 for a set if you order from a dealer.
