I have a 2003 226 and need to replace the wiper blade.
I believe it measure 16 inches or slightly less but I can't seem to find a replacement blade. All the blades now are plastic and have different mounting configurations.
Any suggestions?

Go to a local autoparts store that sells Anco replacement blades for trucks and cars with one of the blades from your boat. They should be able to match it up.

I struck out at autozone and Napa last year. Ended up finding some at wal mart. I’ll get the specs next time I’m on the boat. I stocked up. They had them in the car care center, not on the shelf.

The stainless blade assemblies are for heavy duty applications on trucks, trains, and ships. They can be bought at a truck fleet store for around $10- $15. Search Anco 52-18 or change the last 2 digits for your specific length.
Scored a new pair off eBay last month for $10!

As mentioned, the Anco model 52 is correct for applications that have a saddle mounted arm to wiper connection ( There is a screw and nut holding the arm to the blade). The saddle is the narrow type.
The model 52 blade fits either flat or curved windshields. There are other models for purely flat windshield applications.
Model 52 comes in 12, 16, 18 or 20 inch lengths and is available at Amazon, Walmart online, Ebay and a slew of other sites. They are difficult to find in automotive stores in my area.

Remember that when installing, the nut must not be tightened. The connection between the arm and blade has to be able to move.

The Anco 52-16 is also available at NAPA - under there part number.

I've never paid more than $10 or so for one.
