Many hardware parts will be somewhat easy to locate or to replace. Unique things like molded parts, locker lids, storage inserts, hatches, glass, most moldings etc will be just about impossible to find as original.
If you are new to boating, keep in mind that whatever you think something should cost, multiply that by 3 when it has the descriptor 'Marine' attached to it!

I just bought a 1980 204C late last year before I could get it in the water. It's nice to see other folks are wondering the same questions. Could you send me the manual you found? My cushions are pretty beat up, I asked around it's nearly 1k to replace them in the boston area. Any recommendations on inexpensive replacements? My boat came with a 200hp yamaha. I look forward to learning more from this group.
