New Sailfish Owner

Well, it took me all of 2.5 months of being Grady-less to buy another boat, but I found a 2001 Sailfish, repowered in 06 with F250 Yamaha's. Does anyone have any performance numbers for this rigging? Looking for top end and cruise speed numbers (Fuel burn, speed, etc.).

My 06 gets 1.7-1.8mpg at 4200rpms cruising at 34mph with full fuel and three people on board.
With full fuel, 8 guys and 8 sets of golf clubs I could only muster 1.5 mpg.
Top end with no bottom paint, full fuel, curtains up and two people was around 53-54mph.

Thanks guys, those were the numbers that I was expecting. This is my second Grady and I cannot wait to get out rock fishing.
