Guys/Gals can't tell you how excited I am, just put a deposit on a 2006 Seafarer. I've been searching the net for 4 months and finally pulled the trigger. I was looking for a few Mako WA's and an Adventure or Seafarer. Finally I decided on the Seafarer and found one I liked. It has a Bimini top, I kinda wanted a hard top but seen a few after market ones on here I like, so I'll wait a year or so and put one on. It has a Yami 225 4 stroke. I'll post some photos next week when I pick it up.:D

Congrats!!! Welcome to the Seafarer family, a super capable boat for new adventures.

welcome and good luck with the new to you boat!

Welcome! Love the Seafarer. Perfect for trailering, capable, and so spacious!!

We need to see some pictures!!! :)

Welcome to the Seafarer club. I just got my second 228 hardtop, perfect for me, plenty deck space , easy to trailer and very capable offshore even on our rough Pacific.

Can't wait to see your pictures, welcome to the club!

Congrats, Great boat - do you know if the engine has had the exhaust system update? If not you should have it checked as 2006 is in the range of potential issues.

Congrats! I was looking for seafarers during the same time frame as you and think we might have both been checking out the same boats at times. Glad you finally found one to pull the trigger on.
