My survey on a 90 overnighter came up pretty clean with excellent motor compression on the 2004 150 yamie 2 stroke with 32 hours on the meter and a couple small wet spots around gunnel hardware. Transom was in good condition. He declared it a nice boat for its age and suggested removing all hardware and cover, letting the boat dry out at those spots and epoxy them when they dry out and reseal all hardware.Any suggestions for the sea trial next week? If all goes well I will be trailering home a new addition next saturday.

32 hours on a 2004..man that boat has done a lot of sitting..she is going to need a new water pump impeller as the one in there is probably dry rotted and has taken a set to the inside of the water pump housing, which typically have a flat spot to force out the water...I would be real concerned about the old fuel in the tank as well....may need a spare spin-on fuel filter....but it sounds like you found a real nice one..mine was a mess when I bought it..I spent 3 weeks cleaning it when I got it home....
