Not getting email notifications?

I don't see a forum tech support so I'll post here...
I'm getting no email notifications on watched threads. I believe I have the settings correct (see screenshots).
Any ideas?

I've had the same issue for months.

when you set up your preferences, do you hit “save“ at the bottom of the page?

Yes. The screen shots are current preferences. I'm on a Mac using Firefox but that shouldn't make a difference.

A good prob to have so your email is all jammed up!

I stopped getting them months ago also. Mentioned it to Jeff, but so far no solution provided. It definately takes away the ability to track and participate in this forum now especially when trying to have a conversation or help someone.
I really wish they could fix it.

And not, it is not in my Spam or junk folders.....

Mine went from my inbox to spam back to inbox then to spam with the last notification on March 9

My email notifications also stopped a few months. Not in spam folder. I'm using Windows 10, latest version of Chrome. But it doesn't seem that the browser or email server matters.

Maybe this will help, I think I may have it.

Go to FORUMS/WATCHED ....





SELECT ALL (or just the ones you want) and ENABLE, seems to work for me for the moment.

Well, that takes the cake! I just did first 3 pages. Let's see if it works. That for sure is a software bug where the program default when you say watch thread and get email notifications, the selection does not stay checked.

worked for me, I'm getting emails now for watched threads.

So maybe I did something wrong still....I selected all on one page, then selected enable email notifications and click on GO. So far nothing.

After selecting all, then enabling, did you push on the GO button?

Looks like we have a new upgrade to the GreatGrady Software! YEAH! I am now getting email notifications again and see that new little eye icon next to those watching!
