I have a 2000 Tournament 192. I know it’s only cosmetic, but it really bugs me. The OEM plastic cover over the horn is yellowed and in rough shape. I would love a custom piece made, but would be happy with a simple replacement as well. Horn works great. Any suggestions?

Since that is no longer made, you have a couple options (that I can think of):
-- Make a horn cover out of stainless, aluminum, starboard, PVC board or some other plastic
-- Remove the cover and check the cutout size. Compare to newer drop-in horns and find one that at least covers the hole.
-- Cut a "cover plate" for the hole out of your choice of material and then mount the new horn into this cover plate. This way, if the new horn's cutout is smaller than your existing hole, the cover plate "covers" it up.

Clean it, sand it with fine grit and spray with plastic compatible paint. That stuff works fairly well and will hold up for a season or two

Looks like a generic speaker grill to me. I’d take a ride over to a automotive stereo shop. They replace factory speakers with hi end ones that all come with grills they don’t need. I’ll bet they have speaker grills they’ve been tossing out that would work. It’d probably be black but that would look ok.

Same issue when we purchased our ‘98 Grady and this was my first project. Took black starboard and mounted an off the shelf horn to it.

I'd probably put a piece of starboard down to cover the hole and install a new style horn in the location. Grady uses the two round bell horn similar to the one below. They do go bad every 7 years or so for some reason though.

I just spoke with Boat Outfitters and they will make a replacement cover for the Challenger horn in the appropriate color of starboard. Heads up though, the cost is $95 shipped. They’re going to add the design to their website under Grady White products so it can be found in the future.

Clean it, sand it with fine grit and spray with plastic compatible paint. Then throw it out! Have a starboard one made - it won't get UV damage and it won't rust. I use a guy in Cape May called Offshore Eddy who makes lots of starboard custom accessories.

Those horns are rust factories. Been thru two so far. Bought a third one that claims to be 316 stainless that looks the same with 5-year warranty. After getting tired of the wife wanting me to sort out a fix, I reach out to BBT Fabrications who had done some work for me in the past. I paid for all the design and scan work relating to this cover. Now that the design work is done and digitally saved, I thought I would see if anyone who owns an older Grady was in need. I do not work for BBT and feel free to reach out to them and ask who requested the horn cover to be built. I assure you it is not an owner or member of their team.

Reread what I said... I said "if". There was no accusation - just that it "reads" as a shameless plug given your first posts are about selling something. This is not an uncommon thing on forums.
