I'm curious if anyone knows or has a web site for the floor demensions for fishing of a few pre seav2 hulls. to be more specific, the 22 seafarer,23 gulfstream, and 25 sailfish. Also, does a 25 sailfish have less deck space than a 25 trophy pro? If I recall the deck was about 6' long and 7' wide on my old seafarer. Thanks in advance

I have an '83 Kingfish 254. Same as an '83 Sailfish but the Kingfish was the I/O version. In '84 they all became Sailfish - I/O, outboard, or bracket (don't know off hand when brackets became available). Just different numbers - the Kingfish simply became a Sailfish 254. At any rate my cockpit floor is 92 1/2" wide and 86" long from the cockpit step to the inside of my transom. I do have the motor box in that space but that is an easy work around. People are always commenting on how large cockpit is for a 25" boat. My '83 does not have the fish boxes to port and stbd. just aft of the step up to the walkaround. I think those were introduced in '87.

The cockpit on a Trophy 25' is IIRC about a foot longer as they shrunk the cabin. The "step" or flat area between the windshield and the front cabin windows is where they gained the space, I believe.

You can go to the Grady site and they have old catalogs and you can go to a year and see all the models. You probably find dimensions there and pictures to compare.

Looking for a classic Grady?

On my 1989 Sailfish 252 the deck is 7' 8" (99") wide and 7' 2" (86") long from helm step down to inside of transom. Part of the deck behind the two helm seats are taken up by the ice chest on the port side and part of the fish box on the starboard side. these also double as seating.
