I'm considering a 232 with F350 and I'd appreciate hearing from owners of Grady's with a single F350 . I'm interested in any significant surprises(good or bad) you have experienced with the V-8. And, the real question: If you could do it over again and your Grady could take twins, would you stay with the single v-8 or go with twins and why?

Thanks

I dont have the boat you are talking about but looking at Grady White performance you will get slightly better fuel economy, cruise speed and top end with the twin 200s. If you are going offshore I think most would agree twins is the way to go. If you are staying mostly inshore you could make a case for the single 350 (less maintenance) since the numbers are so close. Imnot sure you can wring with either choice.

The wide beamed 232 with a single on a bracket can be challenging in reverse. Add in tight docking, current and wind and it can be a nightmare. Just another factor to take into account when making your decision of single vs twins..good luck
