Loved my Seaferer for the last two years but want something a little bigger and am looking at getting a newer Gulfstream. The prices I have seen on the internet are all over the place and it is currently the low season for selling. I am trying to figure out how much I can get safely on the private used market in the early summer, Eastern North Carolina for the following:

1994 seaferer- Transom and stringer intact
- Replaced main tank and auxiliary tank prior to repower
- Bimintop with enclosure in excellent condition
- Deck intact
- GARMIN 94SV
- Redone wiring and switches
- Replaced bigle pumps, livewell pumps and plumbing
- Updated hydraulic steering
- All cushions intact
- Porta potty

Repowered with 2009 Yamaha F250
- 390 hours
- No issues
- Outboard only dry stored

~2000 Galvanized dual axel trailer
- No rust
- Surge braking system in great shape
-Bunks in great shape

There's a 1997 on Boat Trader right now for $11,900 though it is a two stroke motor and it doesn't come with the trailer shown in the pictures, so idk maybe around the $15k range? I guess that I always compare what I paid for my boat, which was $26.5k to everything else. She's a 2004 Grady White 228 Seafarer with the factory hardtop, a 2004 Yamaha F225 at 991 hours when I purchased and a 2009 aluminum I-beam trailer. I think anything more than that $15k to maybe $17k range is going to put you into some serious competition with newer boats. I also searched for my boat for just over a year before finding her and I even keep up with the used Grady White market today, so I'd say I know a decent amount about boat pricing. Not trying to be a jerk or anything, that's just my personal opinion on the matter. Good luck with the potential sale.
