Why spend/waste $200 when it's very easy to do yourself?

Add stabalizer to fuel tank while gassing up. Run, (underway, if possible) for about 10 - 15 minutes, to ensure treated fuel has gone through the motor.

Change lower unit oil. That's the hardest part. Some people do it in the spring, but it's recomended that you do it in the fall, incase there's any water present.

Fog motor, (running on muffs) until a lot there's a lot of smoke, and motor wants to stall, (usually about 1/3 to 1/2 of a can). Shut it off, leave motor down... your done.

Your motor, (John/Rude) may have a red shraeder, (air hose type) valve attached to the choke solonoid. If it does, simply screw on the hose from the can of fogger. If not, use the type with a plastic stem that attache's to the cans spray nozzle, and spray it into each carb throat, or through each throttle plate. OMC/Bombardier fogging oil is available in either style.

Not everybody wants to do it themselves. The price is about right but you need to ask what work will be done and if the price includes materials like oil, stabilizer, grease etc.
