Overall length of grady 226 for marina pricing?

What is the overall length of a 226 without pulpit? Trying too see how much rack storage will cost, they charge by overall length including engine.

Do they measure with engine down or up? The length of the hull is I think 22 ft 2 inches. I assume there is no bracket either. If measurement counts tilted up motor, you need to know shaft length but it is a lot easier for someone with that motor to measure than try to calculate from the motor specs.
