How is the wire routed to the speaker in the port helm area cockpit panel? I have a 282 Sailfish that never had speakers installed in the helm area, and now that I have a pair, I can't figure out how I'm getting from the helm/dash to the port side cockpit panel, circled in red in the photo below.

What's the typical routing? Would like to drill the least number of holes, expose the least amount of wires.

I know it's been years on this question, but I was searching for something else and came across this. Hope my answer finds you if you still need it. The wire runs behind the aft berth from the starboard to port side. If you take the large access panel out in your aft Berth, and stick your head in there (same area as you fresh water pump) it'll be above your head.
