The port side battery on my 2023 Freedom 215 does not appear to be connected properly. It is charged and reading full on portable battery meter but providing absolutely no power to the ignition or anything else. Terminals are clean and cables are well connected. I disconnected only the negative terminals over the winter, charged the battery and reconnected the negative cables. It seems that there could be blown fuse or a cable disconnected somewhere. Possibly a problem with the battery selector switch. No obvious rodent damage, water intrusion or any other obvious problems. Appreciate any thoughts. Thank you.

Two things to start with. First, find the owner's manual and look at the wiring diagram, being only a couple years old it is probably still reasonably accurate. Second, buy a decent multimeter and then start tracing the circuits.

There is often a fuse near the battery, as well as circuit breakers near the battery switches.

More than likely, you simply missed one of the connections when working on it this spring. Speaking for me - I am usually the cause of gremlins like this, and typically the solution is found by going over the work I did. Rarely is there a coincidence where I did work, then system does not function, and the cause is a different component.

Can you provide more information - you describe the Port battery, which implies there is a starboard one as well? There are a lot of folks here who are happy to help, but who don't have the same model you have - help them help you by providing a better layout of the battery systems.
