Porta Potty question

First year with 1998 Grady Chase 263 CC. Has porta potti that dosent seem to empty out completely when I hit the macerator switch. Also does this system empty through the hull, it appears to have a y valve as well as a valve going to the pump out. Cant get water to the potti is it a seperate water tank or does it come from the main fresh water supply?

Any help would be appreciated.

I had a similar setup on a 2004 Gulfstream. The y valve allows you to pump out through a seacock. It must be in the open position. The y Valve gives you the option of pumping out through a fitting on the deck. The Gulfstream pumpout was on the walkaroud decking. Water has to be added to the top half of porta potti - it should have a srew cap that lets you run water right into it through a hose. Even though it has macerator you still need to use a deoderizer.
