I seem to be leaking hydraulic fluid from my engine trim pistons. I think I may have forgotten to trim the engine all the way down last week when I was working on the boat in the yard. Now when I try to move the engine up or down, it moves very slowly, but I don't see any fluid leaking out. There is a small spot on the ground under one of the pisytons though. I am hoping that if I top off the fluid, maybe that will solve the problem. i don't see anything in the user manual for my 2002 F-225 TXRA. Can someone tell me where the reservoir of hydrolic fluid is? Any other thoughts or suggestions would be appreicated.

Go to Yamaha.com website, and drill down to outboard motors, with the model number and year, you can view the owners manual on the site for free.

Thanks Bob. I have the owner's manual but I can't seem to find anything in there about topping of the hydraulic fluid.
