I recently drained all of the water out of the water system through the faucets. Trying to get any residual anti freeze from the winter. I refilled the tank a few time and pumped it all through. I just re filled the tank last week and now I have air in the lines. I can hear the pump running but it only spits and sputters water and air through the 3 faucets. Is there any way to prime the water system pump? The boat is a 2000 Marlin.
Thanks in advance for the help.

I had that happen on my Sailfish once. All I did was to disconnect the hose on the output side of the water pump until it shot water out and then reconnected the hose. Worked fine after that.

If you have screens/filters on the inlet side of the system, thaey may be gunked up. That happens to my fresh water every year.
