1897 20ft walkaround powered by 2008/2007 150 etec with a 15 x 17 aluminum prop. Block was replaced in 2008 on a 2007 lower unit. Maximum rpm 5K, running on a 6gal aux tank and empty main. Motor is mounted in the 2nd hole from the top and the AV plate is parallel with the bottom. Would like to be able to reach mid range rpm's which, I believe, is around 5300 rpm's. Anyone else running this boat motor combination? Any thoughts appreciated.
