i think there may be some room to work. like mentioned, the engines are $50k. if the hull is worth $30k, that gets you to $80k. electronics and a trailer could get to around $90k. these are all rough estimates, but hopefully it helps
This sounds reasonable. I'd start 85ish and hope to settle in the high 80s if it is well maintained. Biggest thing is to have the transom inspected thoroughly. Look at some of the systems (windlass, rode, anchor, bilge pumps, cockpit drain lines, fuel tank/lines, hydraulic lines if it has power assist steering, batteries, electronics/maps etc)from an age perspective, you may have room to negotiate. Ensure it comes with everything you need to hit the water, fenders, lines, pfds, safety kits etc. Low $ items that you can get the seller or dealer to provide.
