Purchase price for 2022 GW Gulfstream

Is $190,000 a fair price for a new 2022 Gulfstream fully loaded with gel coat & auto pilot?

What is reasonable to pay for a 2022 Gulfstream full loaded with painted hull & auto pilot?

That seems in the ballpark. I paid $130K for a 2020 Seafarer with a 250hp. $190K doesn't seem cheap but I think I heard of a 2021 going for around $200K here in California.

Nice boats aren't cheap.

These were 2021 approx dealer prices for options
Digital throttle and shift? (DES motors) about 7K over mechanical
Electronics? can be a lot:)
Canvas including aft drop curtain? Should be standard
Power steering? about $3000
Shore power with isolator and charger? $2000
Electric head with pumpout and overboard discharge? $900
Bow cushions? $850
Windshield wiper? $200
There are more options but these are the more common.

Digital throttle and shift? Yes DEC controls
Electronics? Yes Garmin GPS / Fish, VHF
Canvas including aft drop curtain? Yes
Shore power with isolator and charger? Yes
Electric head with pumpout and overboard discharge? Yes
There are more options but these are the more common. Includes Command Elite Helm chairs, mobile phone charger, cabin rod holders, hardtop with mounted rod holders. We’re considering auto pilot for $6K

The $190K purchase price does include $12K trade-in allowance. Dealer prep, delivery, documentation, registration & title fees included. Dealer offering 10% off. Shouldn’t I expect 15-20 % off given current economic conditions? (Boat sales have gone from “great” to “good” in this region of the country.). After all I’m buying a year old boat.

There is no 'expected' normal discount. A year ago boats were selling for more than the asking price and new ones more than the list (not dealer, list!).
So your price may be a reasonable deal in this market.
I suggest you price a new model or a 22 leftover at a different Grady dealer to get a base line figuring that annual depreciation is not a much as in the past economy and Grady depreciation is not are great as many other brands.
Regarding the trade in amount, does your number seem reasonable tp you?

15-20% is still not happening despite the economy and interest rates.

You have to get the all in number. Dealer prep can be low or significant. Once you get it, you can offer. Mark up is close to 30 percent before any dealer prep. The market will dictate what discount you get
negotiate everything before signing. Get an anchor/rode, electronics install, you provide electronics, coast guard/safety items etc at cost if you can.

Anchor, rode, Coast Guard package are included with Grady. Electronics install ,when you provide the electronics, can be difficult. Installers want to purchase the electronics.

This is a used boat it seems.
I don't think the OP wants to know what options to have but rather what is the market price for 2020 model with X hours and certain options.
For example, OP states boat has digital shift and control .That would have bumped the original new price by about $7000.

I didn't see where this is a used boat?? I thought the OP wanted to see about any discount being offered on a 2022 boat.

Rode was when I bought mine. Not anchor or coast guard kit. Doesn’t matter you want everything included before signing.

/i recently saw the new 21 foot model at a dealer and the price was 165K. 190 seems reasonable but fair is a different discussion.
