Radar not rotating

I have a Furano radar and after it warms up and I hit the TX button I get the usual screen but no display. I do believe that the unit is not rotating. Has anyone else had this problem and what is the solution.

Change the belt? Or would that be too simple...

or its a fuse. I had that happen to me years ago with a radar and it was a fuse.

Take the radome cover off and observe the element...

Otherwise, how do you know it's not rotating ?

Any warnings come up. Like scanner failure, or the like?
