Accepting it's overkill, can it be done? Has anyone fitted a 205 with an arch, still been able to use a full enclosure, and avoided turning a pretty boat into an ugly one? Thanks.

I had a radar arch fabricated for my Tournament 275 so there's no reason why you couldn't have one fabricated for a Tournament 205. If you have the right chartplotter, radar is pretty cheap these days. Figure at least $2,000 to have an arch made (although you could always put it on a pole instead of an arch. My radar arch sits over my bimini and I think that the arch looks great on the boat (and have received similar comments from others.

Actually, it was a photograph of your boat that prompted me to wonder if it would work on a 205! It looks fabulous on your boat and you can tell from the photos that it does not impede the bimini. But there is a lot more room to work with on a 275. Could you say who did the work for you? I assume that a job that turns out looking like yours must have been designed with a computer program that showed you what it was going to look like on your boat?

My Radar Arch was fabricated by Fastech (www.tttops.com). They did an outstanding job and were great to work with. I've seen a Tournament 205 or 225 that they did a ski tower for that was awesome. I'm sure you can get an Arch fabricated for your boat.

Good luck. PM me if you want more detailed pictures.
