I have heard good things about applying Rain X or similar product on the windshield. I have been told it helps a lot when it gets snotty offshore. Anybody have any experience/advice? Thanks. Kevin

It does work; only thing is it needs to constantly be re-done or the windshield gets real streaky and hard to see out of.

Rain X

What ever you do make sure your windows are very clean before applying it. And buff it up well.

RejeX also does a great job and is safe for plastic windows as well.

Easy to apply to a clean surface and protects for a long time.

Has the same rain repellent action as RainX and no streaking.

Use it one a month. You need to buff it well to avoid cloudiness. Works great. Don't get it on the plastic or eisenglass.

I also have been using Rejex for the hull instead of wax for two seasons with great results.... Originally designed for use on cockpit windshields and leading edge of aircraft wings.

Thanks guys. Rejex looks like the one to use, I will give it a go. I appreciate the advice.
