I own a 2004 27 Chase. I just recently started having problems with both pumps not working. I checked all the fuses - ok checked the wiring by pulling out the dash - ok the switches for the pumps light up, all the other switches on the console work. I'm by far an electrician and good really use some advise. Just seems weird that both pumps would go out at the same time? Has any one else had this problem?

Check grounds?

note that even though you have power at the switches, that doesn't mean you have power at the pumps.(or as mentioned you have a bad ground)
You will have to get to the leads of one or both of the pumps and see what you have. If you connect a test light to a good ground and then the leads to the pump, one should have power. If not, you have to work back. If it does, then take the lead that was connected to a good ground and connect it to he other lead of the pump feed. The light should be on. If not, but it was when using a good ground, the ground feed to the pump is bad.
Also check the connections for corrosion.
Of course, running a temp set of wires from the battery to the pump leads will tell you if the pump is working.
I like to use a test lamp as opposed to a voltmeter since the lamp draws a bit of current. Highly resistive grounds can be hidden by a digital voltmeter.
Good luck
