Raymarine E120 - Navionics Problems

I recently purchased 2005 360 Express with dual E120s. Does anyone have experience with installing/ initializing a Navionics CF card? I put in the new CF card and neither unit will recognize it's there. I've read the manual and can't seem to find out why. Is there some special procedure I'm missing?

Just to close out this thread. The problem was an old version of software on the E-120s. I upgraded from v3.32 to v5.52 and everything worked just fine.
