Yes hardware store has the stainless screw. The well nut is brass and rubber and I am going to do a bit of water proof grease on each nut as we know how brass and stainless just live each other

No well nut is brass like what was there when I took them out. Rubber boot

Wanna step up your game? Use Tef-Gel - it's light years ahead of grease for this purpose.

I think you simply need a new set of these (see link below).
Your Ace Hardware Store should have them.
They wear out and should be replaced after a while.

Lastly, I do not use 5200 on anything on my 330 (it's too permanent). But that's me...
