Remote Oil Tanks Access

Need to access the two remote oil tanks on my 2000 272 Sailfish. Removal of the livewell seems straightforward except I can't reach the bottom outlet for removal from inside the battery compartment.

Any thoughts, can the outlet fitting be removed from the tub interior? If so any tips on removal and reconnecting both the outlet and the raw water inlet connections?

I have a 94 and just did it I had to remove the wash down panel and you can remove the drain whose good luck
