Removal of Bow Cushions, Freedom 285

I have been trying to remove my Fredom 285 bow cushions, does anyone have some instructions?

Seat cushions themselves snap onto the lids of the bow storage areas. Backrests may be part of the bolsters, if that is what is giving you difficulty.
