Removing wood window trim 1990 seafarer

Hi. I searched but could not find in the forum or on the trim. Need to restore badly neglected trim, but cannot find the screws.

I have come to conclusion that this is not OEM. So I'm going to sand in place. Never worked on teak before, but the one spot I did restored very well. Not I need to buy a mini sander and a face mask.... HA a face mask...
