I needed to replace the motor on my 2004 265 Express and found a direct replacement for the OEM AFI 34000. It's Schmitt Marine Heavy Duty 2-Speed Wiper Motor - 2.5" Shaft - 12v - I got it at Hodges Marine for $103. It's a 2 speed motor and I connected to the high speed wire.
