Replacing breakers on fuse panel?

In the process of rewiring my 1993 208. I would like to replace the push button breakers on the fuse panel with a Blue Seas equivalent but there is no indication on amperage with the OEM breakers. Should I go 5,10 or 15 amp,? The panel switches are for nav lights, livewell,bilge,wiper,horn, and 2 accessories. All the loads should be under 5 amps individually.

I also added a Blue Sea fuse block in the cuddy to run my tabs, cabin lights and electronics using the abyc standards on gauge and fuse protection. These loads will be powered on/off manually without rocker switches. Still not on the water yet but getting closer! Thanks.
 
there has to be some kind of marking. did you pull out the breaker and look at all sides? might just be a couple letters like "5a". mine is 2009 but there were complete markings, including mfg. good luck, ron
 
Go to the main site and download a manual. Very helpful.
From my 272 manual:

bow light = 15 amp
aft pole light = 15
mast light, panel lights, all 15
cabin lights, cockpit lights, spreader lights = 10 each. Spreader lights will depend on type. Go by what your device says to use. LED's draw much less current than incandescent lighting or halogen.
bilge pumps....1100 gph = 5, 1500 gph = 7.5 (my new rule 1500 manual says 10 amp fuse). Go by what your pump's are tagged or look up at manufacturer of pump.
aerator pump = 2. Again, really depends on what you are using.
water pressure pump, livewell pump = 5 to 15 depending on pump. Should be tagged on your pumps.

Keep in mind with electric motors there is start up current, drawing more current at start to get it going than when running. A bilge pump, like a 1500, may be rated for 5 amps running, yet requires a 7.5 to 10 amp fuse for start up current. If you use a 5, it will keep popping when you start the pump if it see's a load. So, you are looking for the recommended rated fuse/breaker for a particular pump, not it's running current, which may be the only thing on the tag.
 
Thanks guys, some good advice. The OEM breakers say E T A on them as the manufacturer but I did not see a size for amperage. Will double check that though. All.the original breakers appear to be the same size in dimension..

I am in the process of changing all my lights over to LED as well. Will try to get a copy of the manual.
 
X2 on what fishbust said. The Manual on the Grady website for your year will have a chart that provides this information. Good luck!
 
look closely at the breaker. it might also be stamped on the top of the push button. it has to be there somewhere or the riggers wouldn't know what to put in the circuit. good luck, ron
