The rings on the exterior of the plugs that are connected to the drain tubes running from the cup holders have rotted away and broken off. I have new ones on the way and am wondering what is the best way to go about replacing the plugs? How do I get the old ones off and attach the new ones.
Advice would be much appreciated.

Cannot answer your question, but I also have a Freedom 307. What year is your boat? I have a 2020, and as far as I know, all of the 17cup holders are draining properly.

The silver ones near the floor what discharge water collected by drink holders and cleats?

If so:
Mine are made of SS and shiny, but they fall off and i have a bunch to reattach, but the hose of some of them went behind and i need to catch them thru the pie plates.
Ex owner used kind of 5200 or something similar to glue them in place as they have some kind of caulk attached.
I thought to clean them from old caulk and use again 5200 to glue them on.
However, follwing this tread as there may be better solutions.

I have a 2018. The cup holders are draining properly. The issue is an aesthetic one. Many of the little rings (mine are plastic) you see on the bulkhead at the exit of the drains have rotted out and fallen off. I purchased replacements that plug into the drain hoses. I'm trying to see if anyone has discovered a good way to extract the old plugs? I'm assuming there is enough slack in the drain hose to pull the plug out and reattach the new one, but was hoping someone could enlighten me about the right way to do it.

Thanks for the explanation. Sorry, I do not have any information that can help you.

I don't know how long are yours, mine are not very long what may be a problem to replace them but i did not tried already.
Try to pull them out then you see if they are long enough to attach the new one.
If they fell inside open the pie plate near them and stick your hand inside to catch them and feed them back thru the hole.
A long-nose plier may help with holding the tube while you fit the new drain.

The old broken plastic fitting should just pop out. I did a couple on my boat, I cut the hose at the end of the old fitting, removed the broken piece in the hole. then pass the hose through the hole and attached the new part and popped it back into the hole with a little force.
