Couple of questions for anyone who has done it. Seems that you can pull each one out independently; if so, what type of tool did you use on the bottom screw. If not, I imagine you would have to pull the whole unit off which looks like you would have to remove the live well to access it. Can you use the ones sold at West Marine as replacements (individual,even then they're white)? Last choice is to get them from Grady I imagine, if you want that color to match. Any insight appreciated
