replacing side window seals?

I am trying to replace the two window seals on my 95 seafarer, the original ones have shrunk and keep popping out of the aluminum channel. they are not cracked but have become hard and stiff. I have tried Taco and Taylor Made as suggested by my marina but cant find anything that matches. Its basically a screw cover to hide the fasteners but I want it to look finished and be water tight. does anyone have any suggestions to where I might find this product? Grady dealer couldn't help me. said they don't make them like that anymore.

It has been a few years but Marine Glass had all the pieces I needed and were the same as OEM. Did the kitty whiskers that the windows slide in too.
