repower 300 marlin with yamaha f300

I am repowering 2006 Marlin with 2013 yamaha twin f300 offshore, the local grady white dealer estimated $54,308 including new rig,de-rig old one and tax. 5yrs warranty on new motor.
I would like to get some neutral feedback/second opinion prices from fellow who have experience doing this to compare his quote with.

Thats about 10K Too much. I repowered my 330 last March for way less.
Get another estimate..

I thought the estimation was way too high , I will shop around more. I believe the motor price are much less in Florida than New England here.Thanks.
