Repower 96 Voyager

I am considering repowering my 96 Voyager with a 300 E-tec any one in grady land have this motor on their boat? If so any info on the fuel numbers and pros and cons of this motor would be great.
I have also looked at Suzuli and Yamaha and I am leaning toward the Evinrude any thoughts?
