repowering my 1999 Seafarer

Im interested in finding out about repowering my 99 seafarer with a new 4 stroke yamaha. It already has a 99 225 2 stroke Yamaha salt water series V6.
Is a 200hp 4 stroke enough?..can I go with another 225 but it being 4 stroke?
Im concerned about the weight. This boat has a grady bracket off the back

Now the new 225 and 250 weigh the same. Next year the new 4cyl 200 will be available. I would run your current motor till theres nothing left, then get the 250. Just my $.02, Good luck!
