RPM range - for 250 yahamas

Bought a 36 express with 400 hours on it...it runs great but I am unsure what is the "right" cruise RPM range for these engines...any advise appreciated. Kent

If you email gradywhite customer service, they can send you the performance bulletin for your exact combo. I'm not sure what model your 250's are. Congratulations on your new Grady!

i have a 360 with trip 250. I like the engines at 5K they sound great and the boat seems to run just fine. fuel economy seems to be flat between .8 and .9 MPG. when it get rough i pull them back and run in the low 4000's. keep the engines trimmed in and you'll find a much better ride. it is a great boat, you'll love it.
